What do you do to relax?

Relaxing is very important for the mind and the body. To relax myself i tend to take deep breath for 5 times. its relaxes you big time. Just try it once and you will understand the difference. Apaart from that, try to eat some choclates. It helps in reducing stress. Also doctors suggest that you should have less spicy food, as spices increase anger quotient in you.

Maybe that's my problem, I love spicy foods. I also like chocolates but I don't eat them very often so I can try eating more of those. I try the deep breathes but it doesn't always work for me if I'm in an extreme emotional state.

Its nice that you are able to identify your problem. Now you can work on it and eat choclate whenever necessary.

I always find that if I keep my brain occupied that my body feels less stressed,if im totally absorbed in something that im doing then my body automatically relaxes.Many times I have been feeling under a little pressure,and I take myself off and find something to get stuck into ,and I feel much easier within myself.
