A dead fetus found in the hospital toilet

I happened to witness a dead fetus in the toilet of a hospital. A mother was never found. They theorize that the fetus was already there for more than 24 hours. It was found by a wardman working in the hospital when he tried to clean the toilet bowl. It was covered by a lot ot tissue paper. Patients in the ward claimed that there was an outsider in a hurry of using the toilet a day prior to the discovery of the dead fetus. The fetus if I'm not mistaken is already a term healthy looking baby boy. What a poor child.
