is it a difficult task for most to get on a good level with parents or is it normal that one can´t have such a perfect relationship. If there is anyone who has a great relationship with their parents please share your experience and advice- I love my parents and would love to build a great relationship with them especially now after i just recently had a beautiful daughter.

I try to have a great relationship with my parents. We argue once and while, just like the rest of the world, but I always forgive and forget when it's possible. I invite my parents to go places with me and talk about things. No matter what, I always believe that you should always try to be close with your family because there the only ones you have! Oh and Yes, your daughter is very beautiful!!

Thank you for the compliment that you made towards my daughter and for sharing your thoughts on the great relationship you carry with your parents which is great. And your are right Family is a very important and I admit i have learned to value my parents more now that i am a new parent and am seeing everything in a different view.

I am grateful to have the most understanding parents in the world:-)
My parents are quite tolerate and understanding,they never force me to do something,instead,they give me advice and let me make decisions, even though we may have some misunderstand sometime,but after a conversation at the dinner table,everything can be settled:-)

well i never had a gud relation wid my parents and i know somewhere i and they were reponsible. but still i don't run from my responsibilities towards them. coz being the eldest son i have to take care of them despite how much bad relation we had....

Thank you for sharing what kind of relationship you have with your parents and how regardless you still look after them even after the issues you have with them. After all they are your parents and it is true regardless of the situation i think it is great what you do for you parents- some people have in mind that if they are on bad terms why even help them, that is good that you dont think so negative.

Everybody says nothing is perfect so with regards with my relationship with my parents, Im just close to my mom only. My dad is very strict and works overseas so we don't get the chance to bond. While my mom who is there 24/7 and is really open minded and understands me very well.

Well that is the same issue i have with my father.. my mother says that the reason we cant get along is bc we are the same but.. i just cant seem to figure out what the core of the issue truely is. My mother is more understanding than my father.. i Just want to try to improve my relationship with my father and be on good levels with both.-
