Has Anyone Here Ever Recorded/Released a CD?

I just wanted to know, because I have and I figured that on a site this big that I can't be the only one! 
I recorded my full length album in June 2006, and officially released it in the Winter of 2007, and it then got released to i-tunes and some other digital music sites!
So that's what I wanna know, has anyone else recorded an album? If so, did you release it, and how much success have you had with it? Also, if you have, and want to promote it I would love to check out any sites you have, be it a website, myspace, etc..
Also, I found a digital player for my profile on here that allowed me to upload songs to it. So if you wanna check out my music you can now listen to it on my profile here!

I do have a cd and a tape of my songs. lol, well, I love singing, I thought/ believe I'm good..ahahaha..love your own that is. We have this kind of karaoke bar in a mall and you can record 4 songs in one cd for let's say 3 bucks. When I was a bit younger I recorded my voice in my tape recorder. [now, isn't it obvious i'm a frustrated singer? lol] When I started working, I discovered this site where you can record your songs and have fans of your own..it's really cool..do check it out. Just type singshot.com then you will be redirected to another site, I think it's thesimsonstage.. I felt I was really cool with the comments of my so-called fans! hahaha..[but unfortunately, when they change their site's name, my account was deleted, i'll share it with you next time.] Have a nice day!

Cool! Yea, when I was like 13 or something we came down to Nashville for vacation one year and they had this place where you could record karaoke, like you were saying. Well, that place is no longer there--but there is a huge mall down here that has a place where you can do the same thing, and I've done it a few times, although haven't done it since we moved down here in January. LOL I think since I did my professional recording it just doesn't come out as good as I'd like because with the karaoke recordings they don't mix it like a professional album, so I listen to it and think it stinks. LOL
Oh yea! I always used to record myself singing along with songs I loved, and still sometimes do it, but on my computer and the .wave recorder. Also I try recording on some of the karaoke sites, like singsnap and sims onstage.. but the music sounds off to me and I can never seem to make it sound as good as I'd like, I'm so picky when it comes to posting myself singing online because I don't want anything that I don't like how it sounds. LOL
LOL that is so cool! :) I've never gotten really into that site, mostly because before I moved I was either living in a dorm--so I couldn't be singing and playing loud music, then at home I had dial-up; and trying to record on that was sooo slow!, now I have satellite broadband, but there is a 400 some megabyte download policy a day.. and when I have tried doing karaoke I always end up exceeding it and then have to suffer extremely slow internet for 24 hours! But from 2-5am there is a period of time when they set aside that there is no limit, but that means staying up all night! So yea, it's crazy trying to get around to recording and listening to streaming audio.
But I will check your songs out on there! I have never talked to anyone who did that.. so it will be cool to hear your songs! And I'm sure you sound good! I wouldn't expect much from anyone on the online sites like that--just because the recording quality is not as good as I'm used to. LOL Also, I will add you to my faves there in case you do anymore.. I think that's possible, I haven't been there that often..

I've never recorded a cd. I can't sing worth crap My kids have actually asked me not to sing sometimes lol. I heard your music on your profile, its sounds good. Do you have a myspace page for your music? My cousin was in a band and his band created a myspace page to get their music out to people.

LOL aww.. well, everyone certainly has their own talents! hehe I know I have a friend who is an artist, and her drawing and stuff are amazing, but when I try it's never very good, maybe a bit better when I'm practicing, but it's just not my natural talent. Thank you. 
Yep! I have a myspace page for my music, actually I have the link on my profile. :) My problem really is getting people to go to it... lol I mean, I do get adds, but definitely don't get enough to really promote my music the way it needs to be!
