The first thing you must understand is that Accounting is a discipline, not a science nor an art. This means that you do not have to create it but rather learn how it is already determined it is to work. I have had students in my class who say they know nothing about accounting but immediately I instruct them how a given step is to be taken they immediately have an altternative to duggest. Yhis is though accounting has come waited all these years for them to come along to say how is it to be done. Bear in mind that by the time you qualify, thewhole world will be closer to doing everything the same ay than ever before. Next thing, learn at the beginning and accumulate your knowledge. Lots of students address a topic, don't like it and are glad when they get pass it. It does not work like that. You learn "A" today and "B" tomorrow. The following day you will need "A" & "B" to function. Lastly, develop a respect for numbers. The digits fro 0 to 9 are all different and all have their own characteristics. Learn them and make certain you understnd what you put into the calculator so you can understand what comes out. Best wishes.
