What stuff do you sell over ebay? Where do you get those?

My husband is very active buying and selling on Ebay but he has a specific product...harley davidson motorcycles and parts. He's sold three bikes on Ebay, bought two and has been buying as well as selling parts. Some items he snatches up for a cheap price, paints or primers them and resells at a higher price. Ebay really isn't good for selling the junk we all have around the house because you soon run out of junk. You have to have a product and the ability to get it at a low enough price to make listing it on Ebay worthwhile.

There are several places to find good bargains, you just have to search for them! One way that I have found is to go to several "rebate" sites and get coupons. Then use those coupons at a site like BigCrumbs.com, which will give you cash back on your purchase and voila! You have purchased an item for like 25% off and you can re-sell it and make a profit (small, but still a profit). Also, you can clean out your attic, go to local garage sales (sometimes you can buy items to sell for pennies on the dollar), or even get things for free when people just want to get rid of something. I have been selling on ebay since 2001 and I started just that way...now I have a few suppliers that I go to, but I would suggest starting small until you get the hang of it. Also, you can get suggestions from other ebayers. Hi clowdine, I am a member also but i'm not selling yet..I am planning to try within this year...I got several friends here who are doing good in their business at ebay... maybe we just need to check the rating if the buyer has a good record!

I have tot of selling in ebay too, but i dunno how to go about doing it, and also posting of the pictures will be a problem for me too.. pLus, there will be similiar things on ebay too, and i think it's really hard to get started :(

My hubby also sells every so often on eBay and has never had a problem either. I have made many purchases on eBay and have almost alwys received my items and the one or two times the items didn't show, the sellers gave me immediate refunds. For all the problems I read about on eBay, I guess I'm lucky (knock on wood) to have had many smooth transactions.
