Connecting to server (danoe online game)

Hey guys who among you here plays dance online game from the acclaim website? It's pretty fun and I really want to play the game. The problem is that the moment I start the game, it still have to connect to the server but I could see no progress in connecting to it. It's like waiting for nothing, Anyone of you experience same problem as me. Please I really need help.. I tried posting this concern to the forum site but I did not get effective advice.
