Do you respond to the comments on the discussions started by you?

I try to talk to everyone that joins in on my discussions, but it is not always possible with everyday life coming first. If I cannot make a response then I do not as it is pointless but I do try. If you really are short of time and know that you cannot respond to anyone at all in your discussions then the best idea is not to set any. People will become fed up of responding and you not saying anything back to them. I now only start discussions up at weekends when I know that I have the time to respond to everyone that talks to me. But if I know that I am going out or will not have the time I just answer to other peoples discussions instead.

No, the only response I make is to support those who have responded to discussions I have started-in most cases my response is to appreciate what they have given their oppinion on-I find it not so much in order to respond to my own post directly.

I do try to respond to comments on discussions I've started but some are just not worth the time to respond. When someone says, 'I agree' and that's it, well I tend to just skip those comments.

Hi, I will respond to all the responses I get from mylotters. I think that it is important to give comments because it is a habit that all mylotters should have. Giving comments is a way to show appreciation and thankful to responses.

I comment to the response which require one. I am not commenting each and every responses.

I always comment on all or most of the responses. I would find it rude to start a discussion and then not care enough about the responses to go back and read and comment on them. If you start discussions and you lack the time to read the responses and comment, why even bother starting them, let alone why should people bother responding to them in the first place? I am sorry if this sounds offensive but I think that if you want people to take the time to respond to your discussions the least you can do is take the time to read their answers and comment to them! I would suggest that you start fewer discussions about topics where you care about the answers enough to put the time and effort into reading them and comment on them.

Hi ramya, most of times i try to comment on my discussion or to live discussion. But sometimes i never do that. By commenting the discussion. We can make them in top of discussion always. Thanks

I started some really interesting discussions in the past few days worth continuing.

ramyashreesk hi i spent the better part of an hour this morning resp;onding to the responses onone of my discussions as there were 43 responses. Ijust had not had time before as I was busy responding myself. You could do what I did,just set a certain amount of time you can use for responding then do nothing else til you have commented on allthe responses. I feel so much better that I got one of my discussions finished.

well i always wish to respond to all of my discussions...but i find some responses are total waste and there is no use of responding....but if i got a good response,i'll add a comment... mostly 65-80% i'll respond....based on the quality... Goodday, Sri
