"take it slow" what does he mean?

I recently heard this from a guy I was dating. What does a man mean when he says "lets take it slow" ? Am I doing something wrong?

i think he means that taking it slow is to know you more better. not to hurry up. or maybe your getting aggressive. ask him. cause it has a lot of meaning.

Depends really on where you are in the relationship, what stage. But I suspect what he is telling you is that he is not prepared for a commitment at this point.

My opinion he does not want any long term relationship, just easy thing for him!
