You see, when you keep slient,it's to avoid so many things, some people don't forget what you say when you are angry with them. For example keeping quiet when a person you don't want to fight with is disturbing you make you have an edge over him or her,he eventually look's like a fool.

silence is gold, that really makes sense.
be silent to protect ourself as well as others and avoid potential conflicts.
great,i should equip myself with speechlessness.

HAHAHA,you just keep silent, let me think for a while,it also applies to me very
often.i am unwilling to speak to those people i don't like ,although i know it
makes others feel upset,i just cannot help doing this.

Hi Chen,
This question is not easy to answer... but as for me, I control myself through ib every situation by using a weapon called patience. A lot of secrets lay behind the power of time, and everytime we give it a chance to give us salvation it always delievers. Patience is (to me) the greatest solution to self-control.

If I am at home when the frustration builds, I am able to lay down and fall asleep. This helps so much to relax the body. I try real hard not to let things frustrate me while at work. If this does happen, I take a little break and go outside and catch a breath of fresh air. I like to talk about things that bother me instead of holding them inside. Think it's healthier.

yeah,it is a healthy way to pour out our feelings rather than hold them back.
Sleep also makes feel comfortable, good idea.
TAKE CARE.

I'm always been a controlled person.
I don't show emotion that much.

If i am disappointed or sad,i'll have some good food to comfort me or cheer me. When i am in anger mood, and i feel i'll be out of control,i breath deeply and try to speak slowly and lowly.I don't want make thing big deal and let someone out of control too. Otherwise,it will be worse and complicated.
so,that is my way to control myself. It works.

If feeling out of control or very angry, just leave the room or area and go someplace else for a while, away from the person or thing getting to you. Cool off. (Take a walk..it helps.)

I try to lok at the big picture and even though I may get frustrated I have to see myself get through every situation and know everything is going to work out in time and try to have a calm perspective on things. The biggest thing with me is I have to try and be positive when faceing certain situations. Good things come to those who wait is my thinking now a days.
