No Alertpay is not scam............because i am using its free of scam..

You are talking about Alertpay the payment processor?
You cannot earn with it (unless you are lucky enough to find referrals who do a lot of business).
It is for receiving your earnings from online sites
I have been using it for a year now with no problems at all.

As far as i know that alertpay is the best alternative to get paid. Lots of people are getting paid from this site. That is not a scam site.
Most of my earnings are gonna be handled by alertpay. Don't worry. Use it without hesitation.
