how many hr in front of comp. / myLot

I wanted to know , how many hrs. it is cool to be in frontof your comp. I usually sit for 4-5 hrs . is it cool ?

i dunno how much time i spend! i guess i spend about 6 hrs...its not really good for my eyes or health, but hey! its fun!

I spend most of the time in a day in front of PC. As most of my jobs based on this dumb machine. it cud be abt 7-8 hrs
