Pitcher hits fan in face with ball!!!

Wow has anyone seenthe video of the minor league fight. Wow that pitcher is being brought up on felony charges. He got mad and went to thro the ball in the opposing teams dugout and missed hit a fan in the face. This oc corse cleared the bences and total of 15 players were kicked out of the game. Do you think this is fare to the pitcher?? I definatley think so. If he did it then he has to pay the price. that fan paid for his ticket to see a baseball game not to knocked out by a baseball player in frustration. To me this is just like using a knife. GHe used that baseball as a weapon and even threw it as a weapon. I say charge him. I say suspend him. I say file a law suit against him. I say make him an example of this. In no way should a fan be hurt in frustration during any sporting event by another player. Especially and innocent by standard.
