Recipes for cooking steak

I'm looking for some new ways to make steak that my kids will enjoy. I think they are getting tired of having it the same way every time. Anybody have any recipes that kids can enjoy, besides on the barbecue? I'd appreciate any suggestions that I can try to expand their tastebuds.

put the steak in freezer for about 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, then cut into half inch strips.
Stir fry with fresh carrots and celery. splash it with a hit or two of soy sauce.
