Breastfeeding as birthcontrol ???

Ok.. I have a 4 month old son and I have been exclusivly breastfeeding. I have heard that you cannot get pregnant while breastfeeding. I breastfed my daughter for 1 year and used it as a source of birthcontrol. We are definately done with having kids now. I was just wondering if anybody has ever gotten pregnant while breastfeeding
