if some one was too give you a ton of money to start your own business, what kind of business would you start???
I would open a store.

For a ton of money, I would open a food business. All people eat and so I think I would go bankrup on such kind of business. I will even buy the land where my business will be. I will also have it located where a lot of people are going, like schools.
Then, I guess a town house or house for rent will be a nice business too.
