Chewy Lemon Heads & Friends?

Has anyone ever had these candies? They are DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! They are by a candy maker named Ferrara Pan. In the box there are the flavors lemon, grape, orange, cherry, and apple. They are round little chewy candies! I had a really hard time finding them down here and I was almost going to order them online when I was in the Dollar Store the other day and they had BIG boxes of them, and a TON of them! I scooped up 6 boxes, paid, and ran out of there! LOL

Ahhh...all the "head" candies (Lemonheads, Cherryheads, Orangeheads, etc.) - lol. I know I've had Lemonheads. If I remember correctly (it's been a l-o-n-g time), they were a little too tart for my taste. The Dollar Store - now THAT'S right up my alley! Enjoy all that fruity chewing.

LOL thank you! And I agree, they are quite tart, I can only have so many of them before I need to set the box aside. They're like an addiction though even after I put them away I find myself grabbing for them again only after like ten minutes have passed.

Thank you for choosing my response as the best response. That's SO exciting! I've asked you to become on of my friends. When I did that, I see we don't live very far from each other. I live in a small town called Avon Park. You probably haven't hear of it, but it's just north of Sebring, where the races are held each year. Perhaps you've heard of Sebring. I do hope you'll accept my invitation, and thanks again for honoring me.

I have never seen the different flavors in one box before. I have had the lemon, grape, and cherry before. I have never seen the orange and the apple. I think I would really like the apple ones. I used to get the little boxes of them all the time when I was a kid. They were like 10 cents. I think they are a quarter now.

I have never seen the little boxes anywhere and didn't even know they came in boxes separately depending on the flavors. As far as I knew there were only lemon heads until my friend at work brought these in. :o)

I haven't had them in a while. And yeah they are pretty freaking good. It's amazing what you find at the dollar store, lol. I have found tons of 'treasures' in there. And most of it was candy, lol. I've noticed that the dollar stores seem to carry candy that's sort of unheard of.
