Does anyone use Traffice Exchange Program?

Does anyone use Traffic Exchange program??? Which ones do you think are the best and have you been lucky in getting Referral's for your programs from them? Do you use manual exchange or auto? which one do you find gets the most hits?

Yes, I have been using traffic exchange programs. They work quite fantastic. I do get traffic to my website, numbers I never get without the traffic exchange.

I use a few very good traffic exchanges and they do really well as long as you are using them for the right thing and the right way. There is a magic to working exchages like using splash pages and opt in pages. I can help anyone out who is interested in my 3 most productive exchanges. However you have to add me as a friend and then ask for the info. Thanks Dale
