Are men cry?

Staring from my childhood i always heard that real men never cry. Is it ture. I cry when ever i feel to cry to make my heart and mind relax. I feel like crying is also comes in one of our emotion like laughing, feeling sad, boring etc. Then why not crying? Why other will laugh on us if we cry? do you have any explanation for this?

Real man do cry when they have to. There's nothing wrong with expressing the emotion.

In fact,sometimes crying is good for our health.
I think when a man is too happy or too sad, he can cry. It is his right to express his feelings,that's Ok
