Friends in Professional Life.

hi AV! i think it depends on the person. there are people who can make real friends wherever they are. may it be in a professional world, or in the school. but there really are people in the professional world who use other people for their gains, and those that will really bring you down because of envy. in our office, its not that bad. there are nice people and there are envious people too. but i would like to think that the nice people outnumbers the bad ones. i don't have a best friend there but i do have real friends who i can lean on and who can lean on me. i've been employed in our office for three years and i can say that these friends of mine are true. maybe not my best of friends but they are true and i know they won't do anything unkind to me.

Its true there is no friendship in professional life. People know only one thing give and take.

I am so sorry to hear that you don't think you can have friends in your professional life. I have honestly met some of my best friends at work. I didn't know them until I started to work with them and even though they have moved on to a different job, we are still best buds. I am so glad for my relationships in the professional world. Give it time and you will find the right people. Not all people are mean, but there are some bad eggs out there.
