Too much of fruits.

Is there any side effects on eating too much of fruits?I was told sometimes ago to go on fruits alone and water,i mean that i should stay away from eating real foods or drinks apart from water,what do you think can bring this up and what is the importance,i know that fruits are very good for us but going on fruits alone,i don't understand.

Hie Alpha, I believe they should be taken in moderation even they are proven too be good by some people some how. However bad as we know most tasty and fun food is, a little wouldn't be so bad at times. We could balance it up with exercises and avoid other risk factors like smoking, etc. But I had tried having lots of dragonfruit and I had good bowel motions while my mum had diarrhoea with red stained motions. Poor mum! She thought she was bleeding at that time A well balanced and nutritional food is the essence of our good health, to replace most and stick to one or two alone is very risky. Cheers,

I think that anything we eat can be dangerous if we don't have other things in our diet. Our bodies require more nourishment than most fruits can give. I don't think your body can survive for too long as you would just keep losing weight. But one thing for sure you won't die of scurvy.

Fruits - They are Healthy
No side effects at at all, you have everything to gain from eating all sorts of fruits-I am told water melon has afrodiziac properties and today many mn in my country are munching water melons like there is no tomorrow-they say it makes them real men in bed! LOL

It is good for us If we eat a lot of Fruits . They have various Vitamins - A , B - B2,B4 etc , Vitamin C , D , E etc . The downside could be that some Fruits might be Hot in nature and cause some Digestion problems in our body ; If consumed too much . Also Fruits do have some Sugar and eating too much of them would make more Sugar Level in body . Of course;it might not harm also ;since this Sugar is released slowly into the Body .

going on fruits alone maybe quite helpful for those who want to lose weight. food is essential in daily life,anyway,i cannot live without food. too much fruits also does harm to our body,it should be approprite because a vast majority of fruits contain so much sugar.
