With a limited allowable house loan budget of more or less half a million pesos, what factors will you consider... Thanks in advance...

the first thing i consider is is that house comfortable for me and my family. is it actually in the location where i want to live and is it secured. then comes the cost of the house and other facilities. then i will change the look of the house according to the taste of my family and settle down.

The mortgage payment on your home should not be more than 30% of your monthly income so that is the most important thing to consider aside from location. If you have or plan on having children you want to live in a good area and have good schools available for them to attend. Owning a home is still the best investment you can make. I have seen the housing market rise and fall a couple of times but you can alawys make money on real estate because the value of your home and property goes up every year.
