how do you meet your bf/gf or husband or wife?

My husband and I were actually in first and second grade together then his family moved away. At the time I didn't really know him. Then in the 10th grade he moved back. My small group of friends felt bad for him coming back and not knowing anyone so we invited him to start hanging out with us. It was till after our senior year at my friends graduation party that I really started to notice him. Someone joked about me cheating on my boyfriend and next thing know he's visiting me at work. We started hanging out and before I knew it I was in love. It turned out he had liked me for a long time but never did anything about it because I had a boyfriend. We just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary.

Hello heart4u, this is my story. I met my dimsum on our 3rd year in college. I was in the classroom talking with my friends when I suddenly had the urge to look back and when I did I saw her, she looked at me and gave me a smile. After that the teacher came in and I waited to find out her name. We were alphabetically arranged so it was not that hard to know her name. Soon enough we exchanged emails and talked using that. It took me a while before I got to talk to her (me being a shy guy and all). It took me an even longer time before I got to accompany her from school to where she needs to go to be able to ride a jeep to go home. after a few months of that I got the courage to ask her how she thinks a guy should court a girl and she jokingly said that if I wanted to court her then I should apply for it. After that when I got home I began making a resume, I added a bit of testimonials from my fiends and in a weeks time I gave it to her. I had to wait a year before she gave me the application interview (just like for a real job) because I had to wait until she graduated from college but that did not stop me from courting. Sure enough after college I asked her if she could be my girlfriend (thanks to a tip from her friend) and she said yes. And form that moment on we have been together and are getting happier as the day goes by. I hope you liked my story. Keep on smiling and loving.

actually, my bf and i met quite unconventional... we were phone pals... he intentionally dialed our number hoping to talk to someone because he's bored... i happened to pick up the phone and got me intrigued... and that's where it started... although, there are somethings in between. we met when i was still in college. i was 17 then... we've been together ever since... now, im 28... whew! talk about long-term commitment!
