If your teacher would tell you to erase the video from you tube that contain scene that will incriminate a teacher would you erase it.Even the dean is telling you to erase it would you?The scene is about a teacher saying bad words to students thats it and they got suspended for doing the video

I do what I believe is right. I wuld get suspended. what are they trying to hide y asking me to erase it? It would seem fishy to me. If they have nothing to hide..why worry baut my erasing it? If they did that and threatened to suspend me and felt it was incriinating, I would take it to the police! Let THEN hash it out. In the end..you have to stand by what you think is correct. If there's nothig wrong..no reason to get rid of the video. If this is happening, get a lawyr to prevent your suspension and take this up wiht the police, child welfare services, if need be AND a lawyer to sue them, if they try to suspend you.

Good answer gargoyle but unfortunately he was already suspended for it and he already erase the video and the worst part is his mother did not know that he was suspended of doing those. And what really make it worst is that the poor child was thinking they did something wrong. So i told him it's not their fault its the teacher because she was taking advantage of her authority

For me it would really depend on the situation. The teacher already got in trouble for it, so what are you trying to accomplish for still having it up there. It makes the school and everyone else look bad. If you are trying to embarass them and make them look bad then keep it sure, but I personally wouldn't. I think that unless something REALLY wrong was happening (my teachers swore to us all the time, and nobody cared, in fact we would have beat up anyone who got them in trouble since those seemed to be the cool and good teachers) I would just delete it.

Also, in the United States technically it is illegal to video someone and place it in a public forum (which youtube is) without their consent. So if the teacher gets really pissed they could send a takedown notice to youtube/sue for defamation of character.

it depends how i felt about this teacher...if i didnt like the teacher anyway, i wouldnt erase it. but if i liked the teacher, and the bad words was a part of the project we were work on or something like that and it was in fun, i would erase it.
