port forwarding

Hey everyone,. I need to do port forwarding to have better download rate in using bitcomet but first I need to know what my router is.. My problem is I don't know how to figure out what is that router I'm using. Anyone could help?? I'm totally new to this so any suggestion or response regarding port forwarding would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot! ;)
