Do you ever get so busy prioritizing that nothing gets done?

Earlier I was sitting at my computer making a list of things that I needed to do. I just put them in ranks, not from 1-10 or whatever but in the most efficient way to do the tasks. For instance, I needed to get the vacuum, and do some other things that required leaving the room. So I put these in the order of the rooms that I would pass in the house. Then I thought about all the things that I needed to get done online. Instead of just doing them I had to overthink it, then it was time for me to leave for work and nothing was done. I think I just didn't feel like doing anything, but it is annoying.

yes. I am a planning and to-do freak but I always end up doing nothing. It is really annoying whenever I realize that I spend most of my "precious time" doing unimportant things. It's quite frustrating.
