A clouded leopard is a wild cat that lives in the rainforests of SE asia. They are a medium size cat, ranging from 25 pounds for the girls to 50 pounds for the boys. They are extremely arboreal, meaning they spend a lot of time in trees. They are also extremely rare. To learn more about this amazing cat, click on www.cloudedleopard.org . The clouded leopard's scientific name is Neofelis nebulosa , hence my screen name of Neofelis, which means "new cat"

I know what it is because I read something about it on the Web a few weeks ago... it was Xomba... ;-)
Sounds like a cool animal. I'd like to see one up close sometime... well, not TOO close, unless there are bars in between us.

Thanks for sharing with us, about this type of cat. That is cool. We used to have a calico that practically lived in trees all the time. So reading that it lived in trees reminded me of her. That is neat. I love the cat species, Thanks for sharing. - DNatureofDTrain
