I recently ran into a friend who said that he didn't know the first thing about blogging. After a few lessons with me he understood the concept and how to make money blogging. I also started teaching others how to make money from my blog. I realize that there are a lot of things that new and older bloggers don't know or want to learn more about when it comes to blogging and making money.
What are some of the things that you wish you knew more about in blogging or on the internet? I am curious to what everyone else wishes that they knew. For instance, I wish I knew more about HTML and I am now taking a free course to learn more so that I can spread the word. HTML is something that all bloggers should look into.
So, what are some of the things that you wish you knew?

I know little bit of HTML and good enough to handle most of the situations. I wish i knew CSS, javascript. And going further down the lane i like to study PHP MYSQL so that i can have more control over my blog. from where are you taking the free course on html?

I couldn't find the other one that I have been using but this one is a good one too http://www.w3schools.com/html/DEFAULT.asp . It shows a lot of the basics and I learned a lot from this website.
