Please do check up with a dietician.....and fix up the body mass index that you presently have...
the dietician can recommend the food a and regime to follow to put on weight.
Bananas are a sure way of putting on weight. eat 5 daily if you can, between meals....and drink milk with the bananas.
protein shakes can help too.....
DO NOT eat a large amount of fatty food just to gain weight....coz its better to gain muscle than fat.

Go to Mcdonalds, Kentucky Friend Chickent and eat there until you get to the weight you want. And you're so lucky you want to get fat, everyone wants to lose weight including myself! LUcky you!
