did you hear dolphins are getting run over by boats propellers?

This is horrible I had not heard of it before, but while I feel really bad I doubt that they are going to stop the boats. Many of them this is their living and your food. I would not see where they would be killing enough to make them extinct so as heartless as it sounds. It's just a way of life. B/c I think that it is very sad.

It is sad. It would be nice if they could come up with technology that would alert the dolphins to the presence of boats. Depending on the frequency of this happening it may not be cost effective enough for them to enforce it, however.
