Sometimes I have a great few days and then I just slack off for a long while. Then I have some great weeks but I always slow down. How can I keep going? What's your motivation?

the only thing that is motivating me now in my office is the access to free internet service and nothing more but on a daily basis I also stay motivated if I consider my financial networth and my plans to become super rich.

LOL when you figure it out or get the advice thats decent let me know because that is one of my biggest issues right now...I just can't seem to get motivated for some reason...BUT I'm going to actually get a work out in shortly (just trying to get some water into me first so I dont get a headache)...I think part of the problem for me (in fact I KNOW) is the fact that the kids are home for summer break....During the school yr I do really well with the working out regularly..duringn summer vacation though its a totally different story.....

I will definitely keep you posted when I figure it out! And I know what you mean, I have the same situation but I'm on the other side. I'm home from college and the month that my mom (a teacher) and my little sister were still in school, I was actually doing pretty well. Now that they are home for good, though, I don't go as much as I should!
