bad news, Paypal is out of neobux already

I was so happy to see that Neobux finally has Paypal cashout but it only was for a day and the admin announced that they will not be having Paypal for cashouts anymore. I still don't know the reason why. I like to use Paypal more because I can easily transfer the funds to my bank.

God day.. Now that really suck. I also use paypal and has been quite accustomed to it but I can't quite analyze why that it was pulled out so soon? I have also alertpay as a mode of payment, I wonder which is better since I still yet to use alertpay.
