It must matter which country and which city or town you live in! Some countries do not give citizens very many rights, and charges can be brought for very little reason with little to no proof! It is not supposed to be that way in the United States.

Yes, I know! It shouldn't be that way, but outspoken people can get still into trouble. Someday, that will all change!

I'm on probation right now wonder why... But let's put it this way there retarded people who should never smoke but there are responsible smokers out there, it should be legalized/reformed so at least the medical and responsible smokers can smoke.
