Which will you light first?

If you had only one match and entered a COLD and DARK room, where there was an oil heater, an oil lamp and a candle, which would you light first?
The first person who'll be able to get the answer correct will win my BEST RESPONSE for this discussion. I'll be giving THE REWARD on wednesday night...

If you don't light the match first, none of the other things have any value at all.

First I would light the match and use it to light the candle,after the candle is lit I would use the candle to light the oil heater so that way I could stay warm,and then when the candle stated to die down I would use it to light the oil lamp so that way I would have light so I could see,so that is my answer,I do not know if it is correct or not but that it what I would do.

Hello Jhordie didnt I just respond to this question a few days ago,why did it get deleted? It was kinda fun.Anyway I would light the match first then the candle then if the match was still lite I would go to the oil lamp and if I was real lucky and the match was still lite then the oil heater and all three could be lite by the match if your fast enough. I hope this one dont get deleted too.Have a great night.

i would light the candle first. i can't see a darn thing in the dark & if i went to light the stove & i couldn't see might blow uo the whole place.

I would use the match to light the candle first. That way, I can use the candle to light the heater and the lamp. Wonder why your discussion was deleted?
Anyhow, that's how I would solve this problem.

first of i would like to be in dark and i cannot stay in cold room so i will light match and use to for oil heater.

I would say a match, but since the question asks "which would you light first" you have options meaning you can light the candle without the match. Light the candle first, then you can light everything else with that.

I would light the match and use it to light the candle -- because the candle functions as a giant match. I would then use the candle to light the oil lantern (to have a good light source) and the oil heater (to have a source of heat). This way I would have both heat and light. I look forward to finding out the right answer.
