the president of the philippines will have her SONA today. Classes were suspended. and i don't know if its due to the weather or because of the SONA.
with the current situation in the country, will you still care to watch this?

I see..we didn't know...clases didn't stopped or suspended here in Cebu. We'll as far im concerned right now. we're still on a crisis!
