Vomitting during travel

There are many things you can follow like: use a lemon (works wonders) sit in the direction that the bus moves forward if u can, just sleep off communicate with the person next to you dont eat too much before travel and also, you can use some pills to control vomiting, i use vomistop

My nephew also suffers from travel sickness if he is in a car traveling on a fairly long journey. My sister gets him to eat ginger biscuits before he gets in the car. We have regular stops and let him get fresh air through an open window. With bus travel avoiding travel sickness is more difficult but I would suggest wrist bands that work on pressure points.
