do you have flexible timing in your office ?

hi friends,
This topic is for those who are working in some company.
do you have flexible timing or fixed working time ?
in my office i am having fixed working time 9.25 hours per day and you have to be in office from 10am to 4pm.
do yo feel that flexible timeing in office more comfortable than fixed time ?
what is your opinion about timing in office ??

Well, my work schedule where I work is Tuesday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. My schedule never changes unless I am asked to start early due to them being short handed, or I am on vacation or call in sick. I have worked so many places where my schedule seemed to change all of the time, and it is so nice to have a company to work for that has a set schedule for sure.
