have you suffer with back pain in ur life if pain is more what you will do?

I seem to always have back pain. Weather I am working or I am sitting down. I had a stage that I was taking a pain killer just to get me through a days work. I am only 18 but I have always had a bad back. I told a friend of mine about my back pain and they told me try a certain natural product. The pain gradually faded away and I no longer have the pain so long as I take the product. I am so wrapped not to be on pain killers!

actually, im having back pain right now... probably because i was soooooooo tired cleaning the house with my hubby. I just take pain killer if i couldn't bear the pain anymore. i guess a warm compress would help or apply it with oil.
