BPO`s......good or bad......

heyy.....everyone....i was thinking about joining a BPO.........can anyone help in out wat is d procedure n wat chances do i stand...hving no experience..jst basic computer knowledge and am a college studend doin MBBS..........WUD BE VERY KIND OF U ....if u tell d exact steps of d interview process....in BPOs located in NOIDA and DELHI.......

BPOs require first and foremost a good command in English. Just like any companies, the interview is more or less the same, Computer knowledge is an advantage chances are you would be placed on technical stuff. However, mosts BPOs require you for some risk like working a graveyard shift, patience on customers and the task assigned to you. I am not from India, I am sorry if I wouldnt be able to help you with the addresses of the Bpos there, you might as well be using the net for that or ask a friend or a local newspaper. Relax just prepare yourself, you will be great.

It is a good option to work in a BPO. It will pay a decent salary but do continue to finish your college so that when the time comes you can go up to a higher level of work, maybe still in a BPO or some other fields of work.
