Yes, Vicky is 10 years old and Angelo is 40 years old.
Here's my logic:
I note Vicky's present age by X and Angelo's present age by Y.
If Angelo is four times older than Vicky, that means Y = 4X.
On the other hand, there is the situation from 5 years ago. Five years ago, Vicky's age was X-5 (the present age minus five years). Also, Angelo's age was Y-5.
But we know that 5 years ago, Vicky was 30 years old younger than Angelo. That means that X-5 = (Y-5) - 30.
We have the following two equations:
Y = 4X
X-5 = (Y-5)-30
If we replace Y by 4X in the second equation, we have X-5 = 4X-35. That means that 3X=30, so X=10. Vicky's present age is therefore 10 years.
Since Y = 4X, it means that Y = 40. Angelo is therefore 40 years old at the present time.
To verify: Angelo is 40, that means 4 times older than Vicky who is 10.
5 years ago, Vicky was 5 and Angelo 35. Vicky was indeed 30 years younger than Angelo.

hi..
I think i have got the solution..
Let Vicky's age be x. Then Angelo's age = 4x.
5 years ago.. Vicky's age = x - 5
Angelo's age = 4x - 5
According to the condition : 4x - 5 = x - 5 + 30
which gives the value of x as 10.
so, vicky's present age is 10 years
And Angelo's present age is 40 years..
I hope, i get the correct..
