Dell Inspiron B130 Fried Motherboard---Can Anyone Help me?

So my Dell Inspiron B130 motherboard is fried and I was wondering if there's anyone on this forum who could help me fix it? I am strapped for cash, so fixing it for free would be awesome. I'm willing to ship it over if necessary.

When you say a motherboard is fried it is beyond repair, depending on the nature and extend of damage and since it is a lap top then probably, just maybe your processor and RAM maybe affected too. It would be better to consult a qualified tech guy so that it couldn't be damaged any further.

I got it looked at two different technicians, I believe it's a component level problem. But I gave up trying to fix it as it costs way too much to get it fixed and also to buy a new motherboard. I'm currently selling it to someone for $100.
