Many people see their lifes blank when they revise their lifes

Many people see their lifes blank when they revise - are any one here who experience this type of thing that when we turn back and see what we did in our life then they can see nothing that nothing to their parents,their friends or helped nor enjoyed their life do we have the people like this in mylot.
