half truth

HI Friends!!shocked!!by the meaning of the quotation ?yah it's also happening to me.i got this from my inner part of my heart.it's actually my heart or mind i exactly can not say but can any body have any explanation for this type of strange thought?for example "politicians are doing in favour of society ,people etc"is not it a half true?film stars are living in a glamour world "is not it a half true?friends are you getting me what i mean to say?so please give any kind of comment or information if any body have over it?

a half truth means half of it is true and the other half is not.

an example. i was told if a company would take payments out of my bank account that i would save the price of a stamp and an envelope. that was deceptive. technically i didn't have to pay for an envelope or stamp BUT they charged me $2.oo for the electronic withdrawal which cost MORE than the price of the envelope and stamp.
A HALF TRUTH IS DECEPTIVE.
