Has anyone had any bad experiences with the company SMC?

I got sucked into that company too! I did cancel in the right amount of time and it was hard to get them to refund my investment too. It actually cost me about $55 to send the products back to them and then many many phone calls to get my money back. I had sent the product back via UPS and saved the tracking #, so I had proof that the product reached them back and the name of the person who signed for it. Good luck!

Yes, I had trouble with them too. I ended up payin the entire bill, never could get a refund. They said it was a lifetime membership. My life got hectic so I quit persuin it. Decided since I had paid already, I wanted to continue after I got problems in my life straightened out. Then I was told I had to pay again. I finally just said the heck with it & gave up. I'm sure that's just what they wanted.

Are any of you folks from Ohio? I am trying to find someone from Ohio who signed up with SMC around the time period of your posts who would be willing to get in touch with me and tell me about it.
