Chicken Recipe's

You don't have to go to a culinary profession, or anything to answer this, but does anyone know some good chicken recipes? I eat fried chicken constantly (The healthy one's, it's boiled in vegetable oil) I've come down with flavor amnesia, so, can u guys/girls/whatever you are (No harm intended) and give me some chicken recipe's please??!?! Thanks in advance for the recipes. The friend chicken is the only thing I eat that's with chicken, so cn u give me some recipe's please? Again, thank you all in advance. :) ^_^

I am no chef but I do experiment a lot in my cooking. I tried roasting chicken and it turned ok. what i did was rub the chicken (inside too) with salt and freshly ground pepper and leave it overnight then roast it the next morning.

Here is a lazy way to fix chicken. I put some frozen pieces in a skillet and sprinkle some herbs over it( Sage, thyme) let it cook on low until finished (firm when pushed down on or 180 with a thermometer). I then remove the chicken and make a gravy with the broth that is made from the frozen chicken. Sorta like roasted chicken
