What is the best cheap mineral make-up out there?

Gosh I am in the same boat. I have been using Bare Minerals for about a year and when I ran out two months ago I just didn't want to spend that much on my make-up..in particular the powder foundation. What I have been using instead is Ulta's brand it is called "Ulta Minerals Powder Foundation". I can't remember exactly how much I paid for it but it is cheaper than Bare Minerals.
