let's say you didn't have a car and needed to go places for important stuff like attending a seminar or going to a job fair. cabs are too expensive and the city busses take way too long. would you ask your friends and relatives who have a car to take you there? once or twice would probably be ok, but would you do it every time you need to go somewhere?

well i don't basically like that nature..I also don't like people who always depend or expect others to get their things done...
I feel that i should be independent and ask favor only if it is highly essential...
Another fact is that if we accept a favor, now it is our responsibility to do it back..And if in some circumstances if we are unable for that, they will feel bad about us..
SO better be independent and never ask unnecessary favors...

Hello to you aidenw!
I am not really the type of person who would ask for favors. Even if I do, it is not that frequent. In fact, I am almost always the one granting other people's favors. In the example you have given, well, I have never asked anyone except my dad to drive me to a place I need to go to. But I only do this when something is wrong with my car.

As for me,I would like to do things by myself. If I can do it,I will never ask my friends or relatives for help, even though I may try hard to complish it by myself.if I am in your situation that must go to a place far away, and don't have a car,I will set out ealier to make sure that I can get there on time by city buses.
I always think that I own my friends or relatives something if I ask for their favors, and if I do that,I must help them when they are in difficulties.if I have no abilities to help them and can do nothing for them,I will feel shamed for I have got their help but cann't help them now.

The bus is not convenient for me in a rural area and we don't have but one cab in our city. So yes I would probably ask my daddy.

Hi aidenw,
I would ask my friend to take me but whire I live we don't have any problems with transport, theres a train station five minutes from my home and the bus tops is at the top of my road which is very close so we are very lucky here.
