How to select contents in mylot preferences?

Hi,everyone. I'm a newbie to mylot. I've come across different kinds of problems trying to post and respond to a discussion. I tried to post a discussion about feeding baby while having a bad cold. After I clicked the button "start discussion", mylot warned me that my discussion contains adult content--i think it is the word feeding baby of a mom--i'm still not be able to write it here because i still have no idea how to modify my 'preferences" in my profile. When someone respond to my discussion, i try to reply and the words "This post contains content of a mature nature.You have selected not to view content of a mature nature. If you would like to view this post,you must first change your preferences to allow mature contents." But how? I tried several times but i can't find out where in preferences i can change it? Help me, thank you.
