I also personally avoid scary movies at night. Better go to sleep altogether rather than watching them and having nightmares. If anything at all, I watch a romantic flick oor once in a while, an action flick. You know, it's not advisable to get your adrenaline pumping before you go to sleep and horror and action movies do jjust that. So if you want some good advice, listen to me. Don't watch these movies before going to sleep. I know you may be feeling that you are still able to sleep well, but within your body, your adrenaline levels have shot up and they will need to come doown to a level. When we sleep, our bodily organs sllow down, increased adrenaline levels delay the process. Listen to soft music, or watch romantic or funny movies. They are all right. Cheers.
