whats the reason behind beatles break-up?

Hi! As far as I know the beatles didn't really broke up when all of them where still alive. They just somehow like stopped playing together and it wasn't either Yoko's fault. But Paul did formed a group of his own and is still now perfoming with them. What I know right now is that Ringgo and when George was still alive, they had a fight with Paul because Paul was using the Beatles' songs for his own group to play. There was an issue about the rights of the song belonging to the Beatles' group and not with Paul alone though he is a member of the famous Beatles. Ciao!
